• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title and login credentials.
• Billing Information: Payment method details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Project & Work Data: Timesheet entries, daily log records, drawings, submittals, change orders, payroll data, cost codes and other content you create within the Service.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, features used and timestamps.
• Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use cookies to maintain your session and improve performance. See Section 7 below.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate and maintain the Service.
• Process subscriptions and payments.
• Generate certified payroll reports and export files on your behalf.
• Send transactional emails (e.g., account verification, billing receipts).
