SiteStamp ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use our construction management platform ("Service").

- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title and login credentials.
- Billing Information: Payment method details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Project & Work Data: Timesheet entries, daily log records, drawings, submittals, change orders, payroll data, cost codes and other content you create within the Service.
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, features used and timestamps.
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use cookies to maintain your session and improve performance. See Section 7 below.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate and maintain the Service.
- Process subscriptions and payments.
- Generate certified payroll reports and export files on your behalf.
- Send transactional emails (e.g., account verification, billing receipts).
- Provide customer support.

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Service may not function properly.
