Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your SiteStamp subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard or by contacting us at robert@sitestamp.us.

  • Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until your current period expires.
  • Annual plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period. No partial-year refunds are issued for annual plans.
  • Free trial: If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. Your account will revert to the free tier (if available) or be deactivated at the end of the trial.

After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days. During this period you may reactivate your subscription and restore access. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.

2. Refund Policy

Because SiteStamp is a digital subscription service, all charges are generally non-refundable. However, we want you to be satisfied with our service and will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • First-time subscribers: If you are unhappy with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge promptly.
  • Extended outage: If the Service experiences a material outage lasting more than 48 continuous hours, you may request a pro-rata credit for the affected period.

To request a refund, email robert@sitestamp.us with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing dispute or believe a charge is unauthorized, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly:

  • Email robert@sitestamp.us with the subject line "Billing Dispute" and include your account email, the charge date and amount, and a description of the issue.
  • We will investigate and respond within 3 business days.
  • If we are unable to resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may escalate through your card issuer or payment provider.

Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your account until the dispute is resolved. We are committed to fair resolution and will work with you in good faith.

4. Plan Changes & Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page. Changes work as follows:

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the start of the next billing period. You retain access to higher-tier features until the current period ends.

5. Promotional Offers

From time to time we may offer promotional pricing, discount codes or extended trials. These offers:

  • Are valid for the period and terms specified at the time of the offer.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • May be subject to eligibility requirements (e.g., new customers only).
  • After the promotional period, your subscription will renew at the standard rate unless you cancel.
